Minjee Lee +900

Lee has been absolutely on fire over the past couple of months so it really is no surprise that she is listed as the sports betting favorite to win this week. Her recent form is littered with top-10 results including a win at the LPGA Volvik Championship and a runner-up finish at the LPGA MEDIHEAL Championship. Lee has the potential to contend for the outright win every single time she tees off. She should be a popular pick as the sports betting favorite to win the ShopRite LPGA Classic this week.

Shanshan Feng +1000

Feng hasn’t been at her best since a third-place finish in the LPGA MEDIHEAL Championship in late April. She has followed that result up with a 21st place finish at the LPGA Volvik Championship and then missed the cut at the U.S. Women’s Open. However, Feng definitely has the talent to bounce back this week if she could put it all together. She could be a sneaky good pick to emerge as the victory in New Jersey this week.

In Gee Chun +1200

Chun is another intriguing option to contend this week following a disappointing performance in the U.S. Women’s Open. She finished 41st in that tournament, which was a substantial drop off from her previous outing when she was the runner-up at the Kingsmill Championship. Chun will be motivated to bounce back with a strong performance this week. She is worth considering as a sports betting option to contend for the outright win.

Jin Young Ko +1400

Ko has pushed herself on to the radar of golf observers with a strong run of late including a runner-up finish at the HUGEL-JTBC LA Open and an eighth-place finish at the Volunteers of America LPGA Texas Classic. She actually produced one of the better performances at the U.S. Women’s Open of the sports betting favorites this week as she placed 17th. Even if she doesn’t pick up the win, Ko should be in the mix as a true contender this week. You could bet on her to win the tournament but it might be smarter to bet on her to simply finish in the top-five this week.

Brooke Henderson +1600

Henderson withdrew from the U.S. Women’s Open prior to the start of the second round last week due to personal reasons. However, she is listed to participate in New Jersey this week. How will Henderson fare with whatever she is dealing with? Well, she could end up missing the tournament altogether. At the same time, she could end up using whatever she is dealing with as motivation and a rallying point to contend this week. Keep an eye on Henderson’s status throughout the week. If she is good to play, she could surprise as a sleeper contender.

Lydia Ko +1800

The former World No. 1 is just two starts removed from a victory at the LPGA MEDIHEAL Championship. While she struggled earlier in the year, Ko appears to have turned a corner with her first victory of 2018 and another top-10 finish at the Volunteers of America LPGA Classic in early May. Ko is coming off a disappointing performance at the U.S. Women’s Open where she finished 49th but that should make her eager to bounce back this week. At +1800 odds, Ko should be a popular betting option.

In-Kyung Kim +2000

The fact that one sportsbook in particular has Kim listed at +1600 odds is a testament to the fact that she returns as the defending tournament champion after an outstanding performance here a year ago. Will she double down with another victory this time around? It won’t be easy to win the same tournament two years in a row but Kim can’t be completely overlooked. She has certainly had an up and down season so far in 2018, but perhaps this is the week she puts it all together and shines. At +2000 odds at some books, there will be those willing to take a chance on her to repeat.

Anna Nordqvist +2400

Nordqvist is a two-time winner at this event so it’s hard to completely overlook here heading in to this week’s tournament. Consistency has been a major issue for her this season including three missed cuts in her last five starts. That said, she also has a top-10 finish in that span. Considering her tournament history, we aren’t willing to completely write her off this week. At +2400 odds, Nordqvist is certainly an intriguing sleeper pick.
