Air Force Falcons – Fresno State Bulldogs Preview – 02.24.2016

The Air Force Falcons (14-14) will have a tough time bringing their seven-game road losing streak to a close when they take on the Fresno State Bulldogs (18-9), who have won six in a row at home. Action begins at 10:00 pm ET on Wednesday, Feb. 24.

The Bulldogs enter this game hoping for similar success after topping Utah State 75-68 on Saturday. Marvelle Harris was the game’s leading scorer with 22 points on 5-for-15 shooting. The Falcons, meanwhile, are coming off a 76-72 win against New Mexico on Saturday. Hayden Graham claimed his fifth double-double of the season with 21 points and 11 rebounds.

Cullen Russo and Harris have been better than usual over the last five games for the Bulldogs. During that stretch, Russo has averaged 15.2 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.6 steals, and 1.0 three-pointer, while Harris has recorded 25.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 2.8 steals, 0.6 blocks, and 3.2 three-pointers a game.

This is the second game of the year between these two teams, with the Bulldogs winning the first matchup 56-55. Torren Jones had a stellar game with 14 points, eight rebounds, two assists, and four steals.
