Heavyweights are on tap at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey this weekend as Antonio Tarver (31-6) takes on Steve Cunningham (28-7) in the main event of the card set to air on SpikeTV. Both men will be looking to parlay a win into bigger, more lucrative fights in the near future.

Also on the card is WBO Cruiserweight Champion Marco Huck (38-2-1) of Germany as he takes on Poland’s Krzysztof Glowacki (24-0) as both men are fighting outside of their home country for the first time. Huck has been on the title scene in the cruiserweight division for years and he has been rumored to be moving up to heavyweight. Huck defeated Steve Cunningham back in 2007 to earn a piece of the cruiserweight title, so the history between the two may mean that the “PBC” series will be trying to make a rematch, especially if both win this Friday.

Also on the card is Poland’s Artur Szplika, who is facing Cuba’s Yasmany Consuegra.  Szpilka is the man that retired high level Polish heavywight Tomasz Adamek, and that win caused him to jump on to everybody’s radar.  Szpilka has gone 2-0 since his the November of 2014 win over Adamek, and this match sees him trying to log ring time and gain experience as the Adamek win put him in deep waters.  Consuegra is coming off his first loss and i slooknig to avoid a second loss in a row that would send him down the journeyman path.
