The Arizona Diamondbacks will be taking on the Miami Marlins at Marlins Park. This NL matchup will be televised across the country on Fox Sports One and the game gets underway 7:10 p.m. ET.

Arizona Diamondbacks at Miami Marlins Odds

The Diamondbacks have gone 44-34 SU this year and are 42-35 against the spread (ATS). They’ve gained 11.1 units for moneyline gamblers and 10.7 units ATS. The Marlins, on the other hand, are 32-47 SU and 41-37 ATS. They’ve gained 0.6 units for moneyline bettors while gaining 4.6 units ATS.

Miami games have a 41-37 over/under record so far in 2018. The Diamondbacks have an over/under record of 37-36-4.

The right-handed Zack Godley will get the start for the visiting Diamondbacks. Godley is 8-5 with a 4.64 ERA and 83 strikeouts. He has yet to face the Marlins this year and did not record a start against them in 2017, either.

The Marlins are turning to Elieser Hernandez (0-4, 5.12 ERA), who’s got 14 strikeouts and 12 walks as well as a 1.55 WHIP. Hernandez is 0-1 with a 15.00 ERA in one start against Arizona this year.

Left fielder David Peralta and first baseman Paul Goldschmidt continue to lead Arizona’s offense. Peralta is hitting .278/.343/.509 with 15 home runs, 43 RBIs and 36 runs scored, while Goldschmidt (.264/.374/.525) has produced 17 homers, 41 RBIs and 54 runs scored.

For the home team, Miami’s pitchers have allowed 5.1 runs per game overall in 2018. Its starting pitching staff has a 4.82 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 7.6 strikeouts per nine innings. The bullpen has a 4.92 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 8.4 K/9.

Miami’s hitters are putting up 3.7 runs per contest, including 5.0 per game over its last 10 games and 6.2 per game over their last five. The team has a slash-line of .299/.352/.451 over its last five matchups and is 3-2 SU during that stretch.
