Arizona Diamondbacks – Miami Marlins Preview – 05.03.2016

Justin Nicolino (1-0, 0.00 ERA) and the Miami Marlins (12-12) go up against Patrick Corbin (1-3, 4.88 ERA) and the Arizona Diamondbacks (12-15) in the first of a three-game series at Marlins Park. The game gets underway at 7:10 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May. 3 and will air on FSAZ and FSFL.

In his most recent outing, Nicolino pitched 7.1 innings, giving up zero runs, striking out two and walking two in a 2-0 victory over the Dodgers. Giancarlo Stanton (.253, 12 Rs, 8 HRs, 20 RBIs) went 1 for 4 Sunday with one RBI. The Diamondbacks were unsuccessful the last time Corbin pitched.
