Best Halloween Athlete Costumes of 2019

Twitter: @TomBrady

When I was a kid, this was the time of year that the NFL and Coca Cola did those ‘Monsters of the Midway’ cards. You can google image search them, but it was a bunch of superstar NFL players dressed up around Halloween. Actually, here they are for your viewing pleasure.

Therefore, in the spirit of Halloween; here are the best athlete costumes of 2019.

First, I found this one on my own. It’s O.J. Mahomes!

Then, you have New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady as a Storm Trooper.

Next up, we have Montreal Canadiens goalie Carey Price and his wife as The Adams Family.

What’s Halloween without someone being Buzz Lightyear? Now, Steph Curry and his family have stepped up as the characters from Toy Story! This is from his wife Wardell’s Instagram:

This Jose Altuve and Aaron Judge costume done at the Green Bay Packers Halloween party got a lot of people talking. Moreover, this is from Jimmy Graham’s twitter account:

How about Russell Wilson and his wife as Jay-Z and Beyonce?

Finally, being a Dodgers fan; I have to make this my sentimental favorite or at least a tie alongside O.J. Mahomes is Walker Buehler as Buehler’s Day Off.

In conclusion, we will end this column by asking you your favorite Halloween candy, and what was the best costume you saw while out and about this year? Tonight I saw a kid dressed up as Javier Baez of the Chicago Cubs. While my son was throwing a huge fit and I couldn’t get a picture, the kid had shades and a huge gold chain. It was one of the best costumes I’ve ever seen and shows that Baez is popular amongst kids.

And wait, one more little wrinkle for you all. Remember the time that Hall of Fame receiver Randy Moss had the guts to troll Bill Belichick and invite him to a team Halloween party? Believe it or not, this is real; which is hard to believe anyone would try this on Belichick.

That one keeps me grinning, and I miss Randy Moss.
