Boston College Eagles – Clemson Tigers Preview – 02.17.2016

The Clemson Tigers (15-10) square off against the Boston College Eagles (7-18) at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Action starts at 7:00 pm ET on Wednesday, Feb. 17 and will air on EFC and ES3.

The Tigers beat Georgia Tech 66-52 on Saturday. Jaron Blossomgame was the game’s leading scorer with 17 points on 5-for-16 shooting. The Eagles, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their 75-61 loss at the hands of Syracuse on Sunday. Matt Milon led the game in scoring with 25 points.

Half-court execution will be of utmost importance when two of the nation’s slowest-paced teams square off. Clemson ranks 346th in possessions per game (63.7), while Boston College is 280th (67.1). Moreover, foul-shooting opportunities could prove to be quite rare for the Eagles.
