It will be a battle between MAC opponents when the Western Michigan Broncos (6-15, 0-8 MAC) welcome the Bowling Green Falcons (15-6, 7-1 MAC) to University Arena in Read Fieldhouse. The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.

The last time the Falcons played, they topped the No. 18 Buffalo Bulls, 92-88. Getting to the charity stripe was one of Bowling Green’s largest strengths. They had 36 free throw attempts, 17 more than Buffalo. Bowling Green was lifted by Demajeo Wiggins, who contributed 17 points and 10 rebounds.

The Broncos got blown out by the Central Michigan Chippewas in their last game, 85-64. Central Michigan’s turnover percentage was their biggest strength over Western Michigan. Western Michigan might struggle to score as they clash against one of the NCAA’s best defenses. Bowling Green ranks 73rd in defensive efficiency, while the Broncos rank 264th in offensive efficiency.
