CFB Lines:  The Alabama Crimson Tide are coming off a highly disappointing 2013 season in which they were the top ranked team in the country and seemed well on their way to winning their third consecutive national championship before an epic, stunning, and unforgettable 34-28 loss to hated arch rival Auburn as the Tigers ran back a long shot field goal attempt that fell short all the way for a game winning touchdown to steal the Southeastern Conference West Division title.  Bama had little interest in the Sugar Bowl that followed and lost to Oklahoma to end the AJ McCarron era in letdown fashion. McCarron departed as the winningest QB in Alabama history but without the “Threepeat” that seemed so certain before the Auburn loss.  Alabama will enter the 2014 season determined to return to the BCS title game and opens the season vs. West Virginia at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta on August 30.

September

Alabama will host Florida Atlantic on September 6, Southern Miss on September 13, and then the SEC opener against Florida on September 20.

October

Alabama is at Ole Miss on October 4 and then at Arkansas on October 11.  The Tide returns home to host Texas A&M on October 18 and returns to the road to play at Tennessee on October 25.

November

Alabama is at LSU on November 8 and then comes home to host the final three games of the regular season beginning on November 15 against Mississippi State.  Western Carolina visits on November 22 before the Iron Bowl Revenge Grudge Match against Auburn on November 29.  If Alabama wins the SEC West Division title they will play in the SEC Championship Game at the Georgia Dome on December 6.
