The New Mexico Lobos (4-3) take on the Colorado Buffaloes (7-1) at Dreamstyle Arena. The game will air on ESPN2 at 9 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.

Colorado Buffaloes at New Mexico Lobos Free Prediction

In the Buffaloes’ last outing, they thoroughly outplayed the Drake Bulldogs, 100-71. The Buffaloes had a much better free throw rate (0.429 vs. 0.194) and had a much better offensive rebounding percentage (27.6 vs. 18.2). Colorado received a boost from Namon Wright, who was the game’s leading scorer with 25 points on 8-for-12 shooting.

The Lobos won a close one over the CSUN Matadors in their last contest, 87-84. One of New Mexico’s largest strengths was getting to the charity stripe. They had 29 free throw attempts, eight more than CSUN. With 15 points, New Mexico’s Dane Kuiper put together a good outing.

The high-octane offense of New Mexico will face off against the mid-tier defense of Colorado. Dating back to last season, the Lobos rank 62nd in offensive efficiency, while the Buffaloes are 194th in defensive efficiency. The Lobos figure to have the edge on that end of the court.
