The Premier League season will continue to wind down on Sunday with just three games on the schedule. DraftKings has narrowed its competitions to focus on two games for its fantasy competitions. Manchester United will take on Tottenham while West Ham will battle Liverpool in the two main matches. Here is a look at the optimal lineup for Sunday’s DraftKings Premier League Daily Fantasy Leagues.

GK: Simon Mignolet, Liverpool

Salary: $5,500

Liverpool is in excellent form of late. They will need that to continue in order to lock up a Champions League spot. Liverpool will have no room for error heading in to its matchup with West Ham United. Mignolet should have an excellent opportunity to pick up a clean sheet win on Sunday.

Liverpool has been quite reliable at the back end this season as they have allowed just 42 goals on the season. Only five teams in the Premier League have allowed less goals.

D: Joel Matip, Liverpool

Salary: $3,500

The reds should have a significant advantage over a West Ham side that is in the bottom half of the table. Matip is available at under $4K, so he should be a solid pick for this weekend.

D: Dejan Lovren, Liverpool

Salary: $3,300

Speaking of strong value plays on the back end, Lovren is another excellent choice for Liverpool that should benefit from a clean sheet victory.

M: Philippe Coutinho, Liverpool

Salary: $9,600

Coutinho has been excellent for Liverpool all season and will be key to finishing things off on a high note. Liverpool will enter Sunday with a one-point lead over Arsenal for the final Champions League spot. They will need their best players to perform at a high level and that means getting a strong performance out of Coutinho.

M: Georginio Wijnaldum, Liverpool

Salary: $4,200

After spending big on Coutinho, Wijnaldum is the perfect fit to round out our midfield positions. He is a quality player available at a decent enough price that we should have plenty of money let over to spend big on our forward and FLEX positions.

Liverpool needs to generate some points this week as they are currently in fourth place in the EPL standings with 70 points. While they’ve had a very good year, keep in mind that Arsenal enters the week just one point back of them with 69 points. Liverpool has been one of the most reliable teams in terms of offense for EPL fantasy purposes. They have scored 71 goals in 36 games. Only three teams have scored more goals than them.

F: Harry Kane, Tottenham

Salary: $10,000

Our first venture away from Liverpool’s roster is for an absolute stud at the forward position. Kane is the most expensive player on the board for Saturday’s action but he is worth every dollar. After saving substantial money with our smart value picks, it only makes sense to load up on a player like Kane that can be an absolute game breaker on Sunday.

Tottenham enters the week in second place in the EPL standings, which is quite impressive. However, it doesn’t look like they’ll be able to climb much higher than that. They are currently 10 points behind Chelsea and aren’t able to do anything to catch them. Tottenham is also five points up on third place Manchester City.

F: Marcus Rashford, Manchester United

Salary: $7,100

Rashford might not be as expensive as Kane but he might be just as dangerous up front for Manchester United. Rashford and company are fighting to remain in contention for that final Europea League spot and while it might be too little, too late they likely won’t go down without a fight.

FLEX: Anthony Martial, Manchester United

Salary: $6,600

Martial has been excellent for United all year and he should be another solid option for this weekend. With just under $7 million left to address our final FLEX position, Martial is the perfect fit to complete our lineup for Sunday’s DraftKings EPL daily fantasy league competitions.

Manchester United enters the week in sixth place in the EPL standings. They have collected 65 points so far this season in 35 games.
