Stefanski brings a reputation for offensive creativity and player development. During his tenure with the Browns, he led the team to multiple playoff appearances and was credited with reviving the franchise’s competitiveness. His leadership in Cleveland was especially noted during the 2020 season, when he earned his first NFL Coach of the Year award after guiding the team to an 11-5 record and a Wild Card playoff win.
A veteran coach with over 15 years of NFL experience, Stefanski started his professional coaching career with the Minnesota Vikings, where he served in various offensive roles before eventually becoming the offensive coordinator. He joined the Browns as head coach in 2020 and coached there through the 2025 season.
