The Golf Undigested Podcast with Clark Burroughs, a former PGA Tour player and proud Ohio State Buckeye, dishes out his latest news and musings in the world of golf. For all the latest golf odds and predictions, never miss an episode of Burroughs’ insightful advice and hilarious observations into the greatest game of all, GOLF!

Burroughs starts Podcast #37 by discussing the first tournament of the new year, the SBS Tournament of Champions where Jordan Spieth is the defending champion. The Plantation Course at Kapalua is the venue and the field consists of only winners from last year. Others scheduled to compete include Dustin Johnson, Jason Day, Patrick Reed and red hot Hideki Matsuyama. Burroughs gives his predictions for this week’s SBS Tournament of Champions and helps you set your fantasy team.

Our host thinks Jimmy Walker +2850 offers gamers the best VALUE on the board. Walker loves playing in the wind and loves playing in Hawaii where he’s notched two wins at the Sony Open. His last two visits to Kapalua have been respectable, with a T10 and second with a scoring average of 68.50.

Another player Burroughs is high on is Hideki Matsuyama +600. The Japanese star has four wins, a second and a T6 in his last six events. The FedExCup points leader is the world’s hottest player on the planet right now. He also has a T3 in his only prior visit to Kapalua in 2015.

World No. 1 Jason Day is not high on Burroughs’ list and actually advises the viewers to FADE the Aussie. Day is in three golf matchups this week; vs. DJ, Spieth and Matsuyama and our host loves taking all three players against the No. 1 ranked Day.

TV Coverage SBS Tournament of Champions: Golf Channel – Thursday-Friday, 6-10pm – ET, Saturday, 4-8 p.m.. Sunday, 6-10 p.m.

Our host wraps up Podcast #37 by talking about golf in Costa Rica and tells us about the worst shot he has ever hit, which happened last week. He also keeps us informed on the European Tour, LPGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions.
