Golf Undigested Podcast – Episode 27

The Golf Undigested Podcast with Clark Burroughs, a former PGA Tour player and proud Ohio State Buckeye, dishes out his latest news and musings in the world of golf. For all the latest golf odds and predictions, never miss an episode of Burroughs’ insightful advice and hilarious observations into the greatest game of all, GOLF!

Burroughs starts off podcast #27 by taking us through last week’s action. Sergio Garcia picked up his ninth win on the PGA Tour by coming from behind to defeat Brooks Koepka in a sudden death playoff. The win tied Garcia with the legendary Seve Ballesteros for most wins by a Spaniard.

On the European Tour, Rory McIlroy was steady and clutch in his three shot victory at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open. It was McIlroy’s first win since November and he donated all his winnings to his charity. Bernhard Langer cruised to a six shot win at the Regions Legends and on the ladies circuit Ariya Jutanugarn picked up her second win of the year at the Kingsmill Classic.

Our host is joined by golfing buddy BigMo, and together they take us through this week’s action on all the tours. The PGA Tour stays in the state of Texas for the DEAN & DELUCA Invitational, where Jordan Spieth +700 and Adam Scott +900 are the betting favorites. The second major on the Champions Tour starts on Thursday, at the Senior PGA Championship in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The women head to Ann Arbor, Michigan for the Volvik Championship, and across the pond, the European Tour’s flagship event, The BMW PGA Championship gets under way at the Wentworth Club in Surrey, England.

Burroughs gives his bold predictions for all of this week’s action and helps you set your fantasy team with players to fade and players to ride.

Our host wraps up Podcast #27 by discussing all the happenings in the world of golf.
