The Golf Undigested Podcast with Clark Burroughs, a former PGA Tour player and proud Ohio State Buckeye, dishes out his latest news and musings in the world of golf. For all the latest golf odds and predictions, never miss an episode of Burroughs’ insightful advice and hilarious observations into the greatest game of all, GOLF!

Burroughs starts Podcast #50 by taking us through last week’s RBC Heritage that came right down to the wire. Rookie Wesley Bryan maintained his poise to win his first PGA Tour title. Bryan went from YouTube trick shot specialist to PGA Tour champion in less than two years. Amazing!

Burroughs makes his picks for the week as well as helping you set your fantasy team. Our host record stands at 48-27-7 for the year. Burroughs dishes on this week’s action on all the tours across the world.

The PGA Tour heads to the Lone Star State for the Valero Texas Open.. Since 1922, the best players in the world have been coming to Texas for the state’s national open. Last year’s champion, Charley Hoffman headlines the betting field that includes five of the top 25 in the Official World Rankings.

The Champions Tour is back in action at the Lake of the Ozarks for the Bass Pro Shops Legends of Golf, while the European Tour travels to China for the Shenzhen International. The LPGA is off this week.

Burroughs Predictions for Valero Texas Open, TPC San Antonio, San Antonio, Texas

FAV: Ryan Moore +1650 always seems to be in contention but never seems to get the job done when it’s all said and done. This week, that all changes, Moore hits paydirt for the sixth time in his career.

VALUE: Kevin Chappell +2900 is finally getting used to his new equipment and I expect him to carry over his good play at the Masters over to this week. The former UCLA standout tied for seventh at Augusta and tied for fourth here in San Antonio last year. Good form and rock solid finish on the horizon for Chappell.

VALUE: Luke Donald +3000 hit the ball what seemed like everywhere last week at Harbour Town and still nearly won the tournament. Now he gets to play a course that has generous landing areas and a layout where he T13 last year. Cool Hand Luke churns out another stellar finish and is worth a look in all formats. Get him while he’s hot!

TV Coverage: Thursday-Friday, 3:30-6:30 p.m. ET – Golf Channel. Saturday-Sunday, 1-2:30 p.m. Golf Channel, 3-6 p.m. – CBS.

Burroughs wraps up podcast #50 by discussing the current world rankings and what’s wrong with the formula and how it could be tweaked.
