Liverpool have made formal contact with RB Leipzig over a possible deal for winger Yan Diomande, according to The Athletic. The 19-year-old Ivory Coast forward, who scored 13 goals and provided 10 assists last season, has been linked with Liverpool for months as a potential Mohamed Salah replacement. RB Leipzig’s reported stance is that no transfer is currently on the cards, and Paris Saint-Germain have also shown interest.

Manchester City could shift their midfield target from Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson to Sandro Tonali if a deal for Anderson cannot be secured, according to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano. City’s opening offer for Anderson was rejected by Forest, and the club has placed a valuation above the £100 million mark, ESPN sources report. Arsenal is also said to be tracking Anderson, and Tonali could be available this summer if City changes course.

Bayern Munich have reached a full verbal agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt left back Nathaniel Brown ahead of a potential summer move, reports Sky Germany. The 22-year-old has attracted links to Arsenal and Manchester United; Bayern have opened contact but a reported valuation near £52 million could complicate negotiations.

Liverpool are also considering a move for Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott in a potential reunion with manager Andoni Iraola, claims The Sun. Scott made 89 appearances for Iraola at Bournemouth, scoring six goals and adding five assists. The 22-year-old has two years remaining on his contract and has been linked with several clubs, including Manchester United and Tottenham.

Manchester United have reportedly shortlisted Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye as an attacking option, according to The Mirror. The 26-year-old has three years left on his Everton deal, has turned down new contract proposals, and scored six goals with three assists in 32 Premier League appearances last season. ESPN sources add that Tottenham had an opening offer for Brighton centre back Jan Paul van Hecke rejected, with Brighton valuing him between £60 million-£70 million, and that United have agreed terms with Atalanta for midfielder Éderson in a deal worth an initial £35 million plus up to £4 million in add-ons.
