Long Beach State 49ers – UC Irvine Anteaters Preview – 02.24.2016

The Long Beach State 49ers (15-12) will attempt to extend a six-game winning streak when they compete against the UC Irvine Anteaters (20-8) at Bren Events Center. The game gets underway at 10:00 pm ET on Wednesday, Feb. 24 and will air on ES3.

The Anteaters lost to Hawaii 75-71 on Saturday. Luke Nelson finished with 18 points to lead the team. The 49ers are coming off a 70-57 win over Cal State Fullerton on Saturday. Nick Faust led the team in scoring with 14 points on 5-for-14 shooting.
