Los Angeles Angels vs. Chicago White Sox Odds

The Angels are 68-72 SU and have gone 65-75 against the spread (ATS). They’ve lost 9.7 units for moneyline gamblers and 19.6 units ATS. The White Sox, on the other hand, are 56-84 SU and 72-68 ATS. The team has lost 11.1 units for bettors taking the moneyline and 0.9 units ATS.

The Chicago offense is putting up 4.2 runs per outing, including 4.2 per game over its last 10 games and 3.6 per game over its last five. The team has hit .232/.296/.360 over its last five games and is 2-3 SU during that stretch.

First baseman Jose Abreu and third baseman Yolmer Sanchez have led the White Sox hitters this year. Abreu is hitting .272/.331/.491 with 22 home runs, 78 RBIs and 67 runs scored, and Sanchez’s line is .248/.315/.376 with seven homers, 47 RBIs, 53 runs and 13 stolen bases.

The Angels have lost 11.5 units and are 18-26 ATS when facing a left-handed starting pitcher this season. The over has hit in 16 of those games, as opposed to 24 that’ve hit the under against lefty starters. On the other hand, the White Sox have lost 5.7 units and are 54-50 ATS when facing a righty starter. The over has hit in 51 of those games, compared to 48 that went under the total.
