Los Angeles (-165) is favored over St. Louis (+155) and Vegas has the Over/Under for this game at 7.5 runs (+100 for the under and -120 for the over). The game’s most recent runline odds stand at -115 for picking the Dodgers -1.5 runs and -105 for the Cardinals +1.5.
