Manchester United and Arsenal are both interested in Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, according to The Daily Mail. The report says United are seeking midfield reinforcements amid plans to offload Manuel Ugarte, and any deal for the 22-year-old would likely require an offer worth about £60 million. Scott was a standout performer for the Cherries last season, and Bournemouth are keen to tie him to a new contract.

Manchester City are monitoring Chelsea right back Malo Gusto, Nicolo Schira reports. City have shown interest in the 23-year-old, who could reunite with former Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca as Maresca moves closer to confirmation as Pep Guardiola’s successor. Gusto joined Chelsea for £30 million in January 2023 and is viewed as a potential long-term replacement for Kyle Walker.

Liverpool and Newcastle have been linked with Lille forward Matias Fernandez-Pardo, The Daily Mail reports. The 21-year-old directly contributed to 13 goals in 29 Ligue 1 matches last season and has been identified by Liverpool as a possible alternative to RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande, who is valued at €120 million. Newcastle are also reported to be tracking FC Cologne winger Said El Mala as they search for a replacement for Anthony Gordon after his €70 million move to Barcelona, and the Magpies earlier signed Víctor Muñoz from Osasuna for €40 million.

Aston Villa have expressed interest in West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen, according to The Athletic. Villa admire the 29-year-old and could consider proposals in the region of £50 million, though West Ham would prefer to keep him as they aim to return to the Premier League. Separately, Sky Sports reports Villa have informed Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain that they do not want to sell attacking midfielder Morgan Rogers this summer.

Real Madrid have reportedly turned their attention to Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernández, AS states, with the Spanish outlet saying a fee in excess of €130 million would be required. According to ESPN, Atlético Madrid striker Julián Álvarez told the network he wants to leave this summer as Europe’s top clubs jostle for his signature; ESPN previously reported interest in Álvarez from Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal and said Real Madrid had a €150 million bid rejected last month.
