Manchester United are considering a move for Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye, the Daily Mirror reports. The Senegal international has emerged as a target in recent weeks as the Red Devils pursue attacking reinforcements, with Everton expected to demand around £70 million after an impressive 2025-26 Premier League season.

Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal are also reported to be interested in the 26-year-old, setting up a potential transfer battle, while Everton have opened contract talks and are hopeful of retaining Ndiaye, according to the report.

Liverpool have reached an agreement in principle on personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola, L’Équipe reports. Barcola is said to have given the green light to a move to Anfield after direct talks with head coach Andoni Iraola, but the two clubs must still agree a transfer fee, with PSG expected to demand well in excess of €100 million. Sources told ESPN that Liverpool are preparing to make a bid for one of their summer priorities.

Danny Welbeck has been granted permission to undergo a medical at Chelsea, Ben Jacobs reports. The Brighton & Hove Albion forward, who scored 13 Premier League goals last season, is set to sign a two-year contract after the clubs agreed a deal in principle and would join Chelsea’s pre-season tour of Hong Kong if the medical goes through.

Other reported developments include Manchester City winger Savinho remaining Tottenham Hotspur’s top winger target, Fabrizio Romano reports, with the Brazilian keen to leave after falling down the pecking order. Nottingham Forest are closing in on Sporting defender Ousmane Diomande, A Bola reports, with a final fee expected to be around €40 million and only payment-structure details to be finalized. Additional links: Newcastle say they are not talking to Arsenal over Bruno Guimarães (Northern Echo); John Stones is set for a medical at Inter Milan (Sky Sports); Bayern Munich have denied Lorenzo Díaz joining Al Hilal (Sky Germany); Juventus are in advanced talks for Randal Kolo Muani (Fabrizio Romano); and Brentford have an agreement in principle with Lens for Mamadou Sangaré, with the fee including bonuses potentially exceeding €50 million (Footmercato).
