Bradley Beal is under contract with the Washington Wizards until 2021, and the organization offered him a three-year, $111 million extension a couple of weeks ago. However, Beal is attracting interest from other NBA teams, and he is yet to decide whether to commit his long-term future to the Wizards, who drafted him 3rd overall in the 2012 Draft.

The Miami Heat emerged as the biggest admirers of Beal and are interested in bringing him in to form a tandem with Jimmy Butler. Beal’s agent Mark Bartelstein recently said to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald that there is nothing new to report regarding Beal’s contract extension.

In case Beal decides to leave Washington, the Miami Heat could be his next destination, but Jackson made it clear that they are not favorites and that there will be other interested NBA teams.

However, at this moment, Beal has no intention of leaving the Wizards, and even though he still didn’t sign a contract extension, he will likely do it in the next few weeks. Beal was reportedly happy with the way the team communicated with him during this offseason, even before they offered him an extension.
