NCAA Football Throwdown Podcast – Episode 4

This week on the NCAA Football Throwdown Podcast, Ej the Rainmaker and Erik the Hun carry you through the entire weekend of action around the landscape of college football, offering plays and action from numerous games around the country.

We start with the two Friday games set to kick off on the western side of the country, as BYU plays host to West Virginia, and Washington welcomes Stanford to town for a big Pac-12 early battle with two undefeated teams.

The Kansas State / West Virginia match-up starts our discussion for the Saturday games, despite weather possibly becoming a factor in Morgantown come game-time. Erik offers a play on the total, with the Nation’s #1 defense supporting the play.

We then move to the Big House, where Michigan and Wisconsin face-off for supremacy in the Big Ten. Michigan rolls their offense out, and Wisconsin will try to defend it as best they can, with a 10.5 line being offered from the line setters in this one. Which direction do we go? Erik and Ej both offer different plays for the game.

Utah and Cal feature on the show, and the guys offer a play that might surprise some, being that we have covered Cal games on every show this season.

The big game of the weekend comes in Death Valley, as Clemson and Louisville welcome the ESPN Game Day crew, for a battle that will clearly give one of the two an edge towards the ACC title game. Some controversy surrounded the ACC Championship game this week, as the game was moved to Orlando from North Carolina, using the HB2 laws as a reason for the move.

Honorable mentions and DOGS OF THE WEEK wrap up the show, so enjoy the podcast, get your plays in, and let us help you out with some flow this weekend!
