NCAA Football Throwdown Podcast – Episode 8

The NCAA Football Throwdown Podcast comes to you live once again, and a big show is in store for those who know where to go when it comes to betting college football.

After a nice congratulations to the Cubs for taking the World Series title, your co-hosts Ej the Rainmaker and Erik the Hun run the gamet of games set for this weekend in college football.

We start with the Friday early game with Miami-Ohio and Central Michigan, and a line move towards the home side has some revealing their favoritism towards another big Gus Ragland performance.

Boise State plays the late game vs San Jose State, and a play on the Broncos team total makes Ej’s recommendation list.

We move to the Saturday slate, and as usual we discuss four big games going on around the country in week 10.

The conversation starts with the early game in Jacksonville, where Navy and Notre Dame make their annual meeting in an 11:30 AM game.

Wisconsin and Northwestern kick-off at high noon on the east coast, and the Badgers come in as 7-point favorites on the road. We will see about all that won’t we?

Two late games round out the highlighted games this week, as we discuss the battle at the horse shoe with Ohio State hosting Nebraska, and the big SEC game with Alabama and LSU.
Ohio State enter the game as 17 point favorites over the Cornhuskers, and we will tell you why that line is a gift to the underdog bettors out there.

Alabama took the top spot in the new BCS Rankings announced this Tuesday, and they will travel to Tiger Stadium to face LSU in a big night game in Baton Rouge, LA.

A nice list of honorable mentions and doggie plays of the week follow, so enjoy the show and take advantage of the offers given by two long-time handicappers who will take you right through Bowl Season and the Championship Game.
