New York Yankees at Baltimore Orioles Betting Preview 05/31/18

The New York Yankees will pay a visit to Baltimore to square off against their AL East foe Orioles at Oriole Park. The matchup will begin at 7:05 p.m. ET and fans looking to watch it can tune in to Mid-Atlantic Sports Network.

New York Yankees at Baltimore Orioles Odds

Vegas has listed Baltimore (+170) as the underdog to New York (-180). The total is sitting at 10 runs and gamblers can take the over for -120 and the under for an even +100. Bettors can also wager on the game’s spread with the most recent runline odds sitting at -125 for the Yankees -1.5 runs and +105 for the Orioles +1.5 runs.

The Yankees are 35-17 SU and have gone 27-24 against the spread (ATS). They’ve gained 8.1 units for bettors taking the moneyline and 1.9 units ATS. Shortstop Manny Machado and right fielder Adam Jones have paced the Orioles’ batters this year. Machado is slashing .324/.392/.612 with 16 home runs, 45 RBIs and 30 runs scored, while Jones has put up a line of .281/.297/.464 with nine homers, 26 RBIs and 24 runs scored.

The Yankees have gained 2.2 units and are 18-16 ATS when facing a right-handed starting pitcher this year. The over has cashed in 22 of those games, compared to 11 that’ve hit the under against righty starters.
