Philadelphia Phillies at St. Louis Cardinals Free Preview 05/18/18

The Philadelphia Phillies are ready to face off against the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium. The opening pitch is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET and Fox Sports Midwest will broadcast this NL matchup.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. St. Louis Cardinals Odds

Vegas has offered equal -105 moneyline odds on both of these teams. Gamblers can wager on the game’s total with odds sitting at -110 for over eight runs and -110 for under eight. Runline odds stand at +140 for betting the Phillies -1.5 runs and -160 for the Cardinals +1.5.

The Phillies have gone 25-16 SU this year and are 19-21 against the spread (ATS). They’ve accumulated 6.0 units for moneyline bettors in the season’s early going, despite having lost 3.8 units ATS.
