Raja Jackson, son of former UFC champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, has accepted a plea deal and pleaded no-contest to a felony count of battery stemming from an August 2025 assault of pro wrestler Stuart Smith in Los Angeles, the report says.
Per the District Attorney’s Office, Jackson’s sentencing date is set for June 22 and the anticipated sentence is 90 days of actual county jail time. The office also said Jackson will pay $81,703.38 in restitution and serve two years of formal probation.
Jackson, 26, was arrested in September and initially was charged with one count of felony battery that caused serious bodily injury and one count of misdemeanor battery, the report says. He was due in court for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday but reached the plea agreement instead, which the report says will see him avoid extensive jail time.
The incident took place at a KnokX pro wrestling event in Los Angeles, where Jackson was scheduled to appear in a staged match, the report says. Prosecutors say Jackson slammed Smith to the ground and continued striking him even after it appeared Smith was unconscious. Smith, also known as Syko Stu, suffered multiple injuries to the head and jaw, a loss of teeth and a deep laceration in his lip, the report says.
Jackson had faced up to four years in state prison on the felony charge, per the report. With the plea deal in place, the case now awaits sentencing on the June 22 date specified by the District Attorney’s Office.
