Raw tonight continues the path towards Money in the Bank. Highlights include a contract signing between Ronda Rousey and Nia Jax, as well as Braun Strowman vs. Finn Balor in the main event.

Roman Reigns vs. Kevin Owens
For no real reason other than “just because,” Stephanie McMahon kicks off Monday Night Raw by pitting Roman Reigns against Kevin Owens.

After Reigns spears Owens outside the ring, he is attacked from Jinder Mahal. Owens joins in on the assault when Seth Rollins, the Intercontinental Champion, rushes the ring to make the save. Result: No Contest

Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens & Jinder Mahal (w/Sunil Singh)
Of course, this turns into a tag team match. Owens and Mahal have little to no experience teaming up, while Rolins and Reigns held the Tag Team Championships together as part of the Shield.

After Reigns takes care of Mahal, Rollins hits Owens with the Curb Stomp, pinning him for the second week in a row. Mahal attacks Reigns and Rollins with a chair after the match, then it is announced that Mahal will take on Reigns at the Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View. Winners: Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins

Ember Moon vs. Alexa Bliss (w/Mickie James)
Over the past few weeks, both Ember Moon and Alexa Bliss qualified for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Before they meet for the briefcase, they take each other on in singles competition.

Mickie James gets caught trying to cheat, so she is ejected from ringside. Moon takes advantage by setting Bliss up for the Eclipse, scoring her second pinfall victory over Bliss this month. Winner: Ember Moon

Baron Corbin vs. No Way Jose
Ever since the Superstar Shake-Up, Baron Corbin and No Way Jose have been battling in either singles action or tag team matches. For no real reason, this series of matches continues.

Jose controls most of the match, but a quick change of pace leads to the End of Days, scoring a much-needed victory for the Lone Wolf. Winner: Baron Corbin

The B-Team vs. Breezango
After picking up their first-ever victory, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel have a rematch against the only team they’ve ever beaten, Breezango.

Fandango is too busy dancing and the B-Team quickly takes advantage to secure another surprise win. Winners: The B-Team

Chad Gable vs. Dolph Ziggler
This match last about two minutes, which is unfortunate for some of the best mat wrestlers Raw has to offer, and Dolph Ziggler soundly defeated Chad Gable. Winner: Dolph Ziggler

Natalya vs. Liv Morgan vs. Sarah Logan vs. Dana Brooke – Money in the Bank Qualifying Match
To fill Raw’s last spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, the four women remaining duke it out.

After Sarah Logan takes care of Dana Brooke, Natalya wraps her up in the Sharpshooter to secure her spot. Winner (via submission): Natalya

Finn Balor vs. Braun Strowman
In the spirit of “friendly competition” and previewing the Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View, Stephanie McMahon put Finn Balor against Braun Strowman. Last week, they teamed up to take on Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler.

Balor puts on a valiant showcase, but the Monster Among Men puts him away with his signature powerslam. Winner: Braun Strowman
