Seattle (-140) is favored over Chicago (+130) and Vegas has the Over/Under for this afternoon game at 9.5 runs (-110 for the over and -110 for the under). Bettors can also wager on the game’s spread with the current runline odds standing at Mariners -1.5 runs (+105) and White Sox 1.5 runs (-125).
