If the NCAA hosts tournaments in Las Vegas, it will mean they have relaxed a bit on their sports betting stance and Oregon will likely be in the clear to legalize without NCAA pushback.
Now that other states have started to see significant revenue from sports betting, there is no doubt that Oregon will hop on board.
