St. Louis Cardinals at Detroit Tigers Betting Preview 09/08/18

The Detroit Tigers are searching for their fourth straight win as they play host to the St. Louis Cardinals at Comerica Park. This interleague matchup will begin at 6:10 p.m. ET and fans can tune in to Fox Sports Midwest to catch the game.

St. Louis Cardinals at Detroit Tigers Odds

Detroit (+150) is coming into this one as the underdog to St. Louis (-160) and oddsmakers have set the Over/Under for this game at 8.5 runs. The odds for wagering on the game’s total stand at -115 for the under and -105 for the over. Bettors can also wager on the game’s spread with the most recent runline odds standing at Cardinals -1.5 runs (-110) and Tigers +1.5 runs (-110).
