Sugar Bowl: Oklahoma State Cowboys – Ole Miss Rebels

This game has the makings of a shootout as the Oklahoma State Cowboys battle it out with the Ole Miss Rebels for the opportunity to close out the season with a Sugar Bowl win. Ole Miss (9-3) enters this game having been victorious in four of its last five, while Oklahoma State (10-2) has fallen short in two of its last three. The game will air Friday, Jan 1 at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Ole Miss defeated Mississippi State 38-27 in its last game. Damore’ea Stringfellow had a big game in the win, recording five receptions for 84 yards and two TDs. Jordan Wilkins put up 54 rushing yards and a TD on five carries. Oklahoma State didn’t have the same success as Ole Miss, struggling mightily against Oklahoma 58-23. James Washington had a huge game for the Cowboys, registering seven catches for 169 yards and one TD. J.W. Walsh also had a big day, contributing 325 yards and two TDs through the air.
