Cage 36 MMA Odds

Cage 36 MMA Odds – Today, in Helsinki, Finland the MMA organization called CAGE runs their 36th event at the Cutural Centre. Four of the fights featured on the card are getting attention at the sports books, as lines have popped up in the last 24 to 48 hours.

The event features are concentrated in the lower weight classes and the main event sees bantamweight Janne Elonen-Kulmala (14-4) enter his fight against David Skrisovsky (10-2) as a strong favorite. Skrisovsky, out of the Czech Republic, is a late replacement for Brazil’s Denis Silva, who fought on July 30th and took a UD loss to Rodrigo Praia in Jungle Fight. Elonen-Kulmala has really come into his own, as he started his MMA career going 4-4 but is on a 10 fight winning streak heading into this fight.

Featherweight Joni Salovaara (15-8) takes on Brazil’s Rafael Domingos (7-1).Domingos has been fighting at 145 pounds and this fight is at a catch weight. The first loss of his career came this past May at the CAGE 35 event, but the Brazilian has fogh this entire MMA career in Finland and should be comfortable with the surroundings. Furthermore, he is from UFC star Demian Maia’s team, and Maia is currently on a hot streak of six fights in a row that have left him on the cusp of a UFC title shot at welterweight. With the Maia brand at the peak of it’s attention getting powers, you can expect Domingos to hear the call to represent the team with a submission win., Six of his seven wins have ended by submission.

Lightweight Tuukka Repo looks to move to 2-0 in professional MMA a he faces Austria’s Csaba Kolonyi (0-1). Repo has a slew of amateur fights that includes an appearance on the Tuff-n-Uff show back in July of 2015 where he took  aloss to Brit Josh Ellis for his only documented loss.

With the UFC in Hamburg this weekend, they are calling up a lot of European talent to fill the under card spots, so it could be beneficial to start getting a handle on the regional European shows. Alsong with CAGE, the British show Cage Warriors as well as the Polish event KSW all run large scale events that have seen the talent head to the UFC’s big stage. Consider that the American events Bellator get about four or five of their main card fights up at the books a few days before the show, and this event is comparable. There are no over/under lines for the fights.
