Fight Night 132 Odds For Singapore UFC

Fight Night 132 Odds

Fight Night 132 Odds – The UFC is in Singapore this Saturday with the UFC Fight Night 132 card headlined by Donald Cerrone vs Leon Edwards. The entire card is heavyon talent from Asia as the UFC is working in a far off land here. The entire card is going to air on the UFC’s Fight Pass Network, so check local listings for start times.

The Cerrone vs Edwards main event is an intriguing one in the talent-filled welterweight division. Cerrone (33-10) is the big name here, as he has long been one of the UFC’s most consistent attractions. Cerrone had moved his record to a stellar 12-1 in his last 13 fights and that span also saw himmove up to the welterweight division. Wins over Patrick Cote, Rick Story and Matt Brown seemed to signal that Cerrone was going to be a contender but he went 0-3 in 2017.

The “Cowboy” bounced back with a win over Yancy Medeiros this past February and he needs more of that. One of Cerrone’s three losses last year came to former champion Robbie Lawler via unanimous decision, so Cerrone may still fancy trying to earn a title shot. At 35 years old, a win here could signal Cerrone is ready for one last run while a loss moves him one step closer to the “legends” category.

Edwards (15-3 overall, 7-2 in the UFC) is bringing a solid five fight winning streak to this one, and at 26 years old he has youth firmly on his side. A win over Cerrone would give him the biggest scalp yet on his resume.

You can call the co-feature a bout of “guys who have lost to Ilir Latifi” as Ovince St Preaux meets Tyson Pedro in a near pick ’em fight. St Preaux (22-11) had a three fight winning streak go by the wayside this past February when he lost to Litifi, The 7-1 Pedro suffered the only loss of his career to Latifi back in September of 2017. St Preaux has a lot of experience and he is a fighter who retains his KO power late into fights so he will definitely present challenges to Pedro.

The card also features three women’s fights, including the Jessica Eye vs Jessica Rose Clark flyweight bout. Rose Clark has entered the UFC and promptly gone 2-0 while Eye won her last outing this past January. Rose Clark is from nearby Australia while eye istraveling in from Cleveland. You can look for travel time as a potential x-factor in this one as well as the other fights with American or European fighters on the long trip.
