WNBA Picks – Weekend action includes the Red-Hot Phoenix Mercury hosting the San Antonio Silver Stars

WNBA Betting:  The red-hot Phoenix Mercury host the San Antonio Silver Stars in one of the six games this weekend.  The Phoenix Mercury have the best record in the league and they had won seven straight before Wednesday’s game against Seattle.  The Mercury are leading the league in scoring at 85 points per game and they have been unstoppable of late.  Let’s look at all six games this weekend and WNBA picks.

Saturday, July 12th

Atlanta at Indiana

The Atlanta Dream are leading the Eastern Conference and they are the only team in the conference with a winning record.  The Dream have taken six of the last ten in this series including both of the previous meetings this season, winning 76-68 and 90-88.  It is tough to beat a team three straight times in a single season so we’ll look for the Fever to win this one.

Washington at Tulsa

The Shock have won 7 of the last 10 in this series but they are just 4-5-1 ATS.  The teams usually played once or twice per season and this will be their first meeting this season.  We’ll go with the home team in this game.

Sunday, July 13th

San Antonio at Phoenix

The Mercury have been playing outstanding all season but one of their losses did come to the Silver Stars back in May at home.  These teams have split their last ten meetings overall.  San Antonio has gone 6-4 ATS in the last ten in Phoenix.  We’ll take the points in this game.

Seattle at Minnesota (ESPN 2)

The Lynx have owned this series, winning 8 of the last 10 straight up. They are just 5-5 ATS in those games. It has been a house of horrors for the Storm in Minnesota as they have dropped the last 11.  We’ll look for the streak to reach 12 and take the Lynx in this one.

Los Angeles at Connecticut

The Sun have won and covered six of the last ten at home in this series with four of the last five going over.  We’ll go over the total in this one.

Chicago at Atlanta

This is a tough spot for the Dream who had to play on Saturday.  We’ll take the points with the road team in this one.
