UAB Blazers – Louisiana Tech Bulldogs Preview – 02.13.2016

The UAB Blazers (21-4) and the Conference USA’s top-ranked offense head to Louisiana Tech to play the Bulldogs (18-6) and the top-ranked defense in the conference. Action starts at 2:00 pm ET on Saturday, Feb. 13 and can be seen on FSN.

The Bulldogs enter this game hoping for similar success after beating Middle Tennessee 73-63 on Thursday. Jacobi Boykins played a pivotal role with 14 points, five rebounds, and four steals. The Blazers are coming off an 80-77 win over Southern Miss on Thursday. Chris Cokley had a good performance, posting 17 points and 13 rebounds to claim his fifth double-double of the season.

The Bulldogs enter the game with records of 18-6 Straight Up (SU) and 7-9 Against The Spread (ATS). Opponents have consistently had the ball stolen by the Bulldogs, who rank 48th in the country in steals per game with 7.5.
