UFC 204 Undercard Odds For Saturday

UFC 204 Undercard Odds – The UFC rolls into Manchester, England for their UFC 204 card this Saturday, October 8th. The main event features UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping defend his belt for the first time as he takes on the challenge of Dan Henderson. Bisping has long been a main stay of the UFC roster as the ascerbic Brit has been fighting for the company for 10 years.  Despite his pedigree, his win over Luke Rockhold that gave him the coveted 185 pound belt came on short notice and the win made him a champion long after he had been written of as a threat to the top of the division. Now he headlines a card in England as a champion, and the rest of the card is loaded with British talent as well.

Check out our review of the Main Card Odds for UFC 204 right here at GMS.

Brad Pickett is 38 years old now but he remains one of the most popular Brits on the roster. At 25-11 he has a ton of experience and he is coming off a win in his last fight that snapped a three fight losing streak. He had gone 1-4 in his last five wins and appeared to be nearing the end of his career, especially after a run at Flyweight flopped. In the Brazilian Alcantara (32-7) Pickett is facing a man who has even more experience and fights than he does. Alcantara is 1-2 in his last 3 fights including a loss to Jimmie Rivera in his last fight back in January.

Another bantamweight bout pops up at the books with a competitive line sees Brit Leon Edwards (11-3) taken on rugged veteran Albert Tumenov (17-3). Tumenov took a loss in his last outing when he faced Gunnar Nelson this past May, but prior to that he had put together a five fight winning streak in the UFC. For his part, Edwards is coming off a win in his last fight over Dominic Waters, also this past May.

A third bantamweight bout on the card sees Rob Font (12-2) favored in his showdown with Ian Entwistle (9-3). Font is 2-1 in the UFC with his only loss coming via decision to John Lineker, who may be in the next title shot. As for Entwistle he is looking to improve on his overall 1-2 record in the big show.
