Washington Huskies at Oregon Ducks Betting Prediction

In the Huskies’ last matchup, they blew out the California Golden Bears, 71-52. The Huskies held the Golden Bears to an effective field goal percentage of 0.314 (below their season average of 0.507) and had a free throw rate of 0.404 (above their season average of 0.269). Washington rallied around Noah Dickerson, who had 12 points and 11 rebounds.

The Ducks were beaten by the Arizona State Sun Devils in their last outing, 78-64. Arizona State’s free throw rate was their biggest advantage over Oregon. The Sun Devils had a rate of 0.347 (above their season average of 0.279), while the Ducks posted a mark of 0.190 (below their season average of 0.251). With 20 points on 5-for-12 shooting, Payton Pritchard was the top scorer from either team.

After the Ducks won both contests against the Huskies last season, these teams will clash for the first time this year. In the most recent matchup, Oregon won 72-64. Oregon had a much better offensive rebounding percentage (35.5 vs. 25.7). Washington, on the other hand, did an excellent job of making free throws (15-17; 88.2 percent).

Half-court execution will be of utmost importance when two of the NCAA’s slowest-paced teams clash. Oregon currently ranks 291st in possessions per game (67.3) and Washington is 302nd (67.0).
