Washington Wizards – Los Angeles Clippers Preview – 04.03.2016

The Washington Wizards will travel to the Staples Center to challenge the Los Angeles Clippers. The game starts at 3:30 pm ET on Sunday, Apr. 3 and can be seen on PRI and WA2.

The Clippers are expecting a different result after their 119-117 loss to the Thunder on Thursday. Jamal Crawford was the game’s high scorer, recording 32 points. The Wizards, meanwhile, are coming off a 106-99 win against the Suns on Friday. Markieff Morris had a solid game for Washington, registering 21 points, nine rebounds, and four blocks.

Based on historical performance heading into this one, ball security could play a key role in the matchup. Los Angeles commits the third-fewest miscues in the NBA (turnover percentage of 12.8%), while Washington’s pesky defense causes the second-most (opponents’ turnover percentage of 15.7%).
