Last season, the Catamounts had records of 13-19 straight up (SU) and 10-16 against the spread (ATS). Western Carolina games had a slight tendency to finish under the projected point total (53.8 percent).

The Raiders ranked 60th in effective field goal percentage allowed (0.483), while Western Carolina was 325th in effective field goal percentage (0.473) last season. It could also be an error-filled game for the Catamounts’ offense, which ranked 323rd in ball protection (turnover percentage of 21.1 percent). They’ll be going up against the stingy defense of the Raiders, which forced the 32nd-most turnovers in the NCAA (21.7 percent).
