Chris Harris Jr. made it clear to the Denver Broncos that he wants a new contract or he wants to be traded. So far, neither have happened and don’t appear on the horizon. In spite of general manager John Elway’s assertion that contract talks would begin after the 2019 NFL Draft, they’ve yet to happen. Harris is in the final season of his current contract and is due to earn $7.8 million this year.
It's only a few days after the draft, but my understanding is contract talks have not begun with Chris Harris Jr and the Broncos. It's still early obviously. There are still teams interested in him, but that doesn't necessarily mean he gets moved either. Just waiting and watching

Colts sign Spencer Ware to free agent deal
It turns out the Indianapolis Colts think they might need some running back help after all. In spite of skipping every single rookie runner in the draft, the Colts finally blinked and added Spencer Ware to their backfield on a one-year, $1.305 million contract. With bonuses, it could jump up to $2.05 million. Last year, Ware ran for 246 yards and two touchdowns with the Kansas City Chiefs.
We have signed RB Spencer Ware and waived S Isaiah Johnson and DT DeShawn Williams.
We have also released WR James Wright.https://t.co/pO2uKvnvXL
