Air Force football committed recruiting violations

With regard to the sanctions for recruiting infractions that took place inside the football program of the academy during the COVID-19 dead period, Air Force and four persons have come to an agreement with NCAA enforcement personnel. The accord has received preliminary approval from a Committee on Infractions panel.

An infraction hearing will be held by the Committee on Infractions before the committee’s entire verdict is made public since a fifth party engaged in the case has refuted the claims of violations made by the enforcement staff.

In this case, the Air Force and four people requested that the Division I Committee on Infractions publicly acknowledge the infractions case and immediately order the serving of penalties while awaiting the committee’s final decision, which will include findings and sanctions for the last person who has contested the violations. Two years of probation and an undisclosed fee are part of the punishments.
