Baseball Lines:  The Atlanta Braves will look to continue their home domination of the Colorado Rockies on Saturday. The Atlanta Braves had taken 8 of the last 10 in this series before Friday’s game.  The Atlanta Braves are expected to send Mike Minor to the mound on Saturday and he has been really good in his last two starts, allowing just two runs. The Colorado Rockies are expected to send Juan Nicasio who comes into this game at 4-2 on the season.

Here is a look at this baseball betting matchup and baseball picks.

Probable Pitching Matchup – Nicasio vs. Minor

Juan Nicasio has been pretty consistent this season as he goes about six innings and allows three or four runs. He is 4-2 on the season with a 4.03 ERA. He gave up four runs in six innings last time out against the San Diego Padres. He is 1-1 in his last three starts with a 3.71 ERA. He has had all kinds of trouble against the Atlanta Braves in his career with an 0-3 record and a 9.82 ERA.

Minor is 2-2 on the season with a 3.80 ERA but he has been improving in every start. He has allowed just two runs in his last two starts. He is starting to go longer into games as well as he is averaging about 6 innings in his last three starts.  He is 3-0 in his career against the Colorado Rockies with a 3.96 ERA.

Atlanta Braves Series Domination

It has been ugly for the Colorado Rockies in this series against the Atlanta Braves. Before Game 1 of this series, the Atlanta Braves had won 8 of the last 10 with the last six going over.  They had won 9 of the last 10 at home with the last four going over the baseball betting lines.

Baseball Picks

It is hard to ignore the dominating trends in favor of the Atlanta Braves so I will take the home team in this contest.  I also will take this game over the baseball lines on Saturday.
