It turns out the Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars have performed a de facto trade. Cody Kessler, who was released by the Jaguars last week, reached a deal to join the Eagles’ quarterback room. The Jags, of course, signed former Philly back up and Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles at the beginning of free agency. Kessler adds some insurance for the Eagles as Carson Wentz continues to recover from his back injury.

Mike Remmers added to Giants O-Line

Former Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings offensive tackle Mike Remmers agreed to a free agent contract with the New York Giants Friday. Remmers could slide into the starting right tackle spot.

Mark Walton gets one more shot, this time in Miami

Getting repeatedly arrested has not hurt running back Mark Walton’s job prospects. After getting cut by the Cincinnati Bengals after his third arrest in 2019, Walton has latched on with the Miami Dolphins. Walton was a fourth-round pick out of the University of Miami in 2018.
