Has the NFL Caught Patriots’ Deflator?

The NFL reportedly has a prime suspect in DeflateGate

Just hours after Wilson Sporting Goods officially referred to New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick’s claims that atmospheric conditions caused their AFC Championship footballs to deflate, reports have surfaced that the NFL has found video evidence of the culprit, a Patriots locker room attendant who took the footballs to a different area before taking them out on the field.

The unnamed locker room attendant is referred to as a “strong person of interest” in the NFL’s DeflateGate investigation. In three different press conferences both Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady claimed that the Patriots were not involved in the deflating of game balls and Belichick even claimed it was the weather conditions at Foxboro that deflated the balls in a Saturday press conference. Experts and scientists, along with former players, have scoffed not only at Belichick’s weather claims, but that he or Brady had no knowledge of how the footballs were deflated.

Saturday, Belichick said he was finished talking about the scandal. After Wilson Sporting Goods contradicted his “findings” and this news today, t’s doubtful he’ll get to keep that promise.

The locker room attendant has already been interviewed by representatives of the NFL.
