Pittsburgh Pirates vs. St. Louis Cardinals Odds

Oddsmakers have listed Pittsburgh (+120) as the underdog to St. Louis (-130). Bettors can wager on the game’s total with odds sitting at +110 for over 8.5 runs and -130 for under 8.5. The game’s runline odds stand at -175 for picking the Pirates +1.5 runs and +155 for the Cardinals -1.5.

The Pirates have gone 71-71 SU this year and are 69-73 against the spread (ATS). They’ve lost 0.1 units for moneyline bettors and 10.6 units ATS. The Cardinals, on the other hand, are 79-64 SU and 75-67 ATS. They’ve gained 2.3 units for moneyline bettors and 7.4 units ATS.

The Cardinals’ batters have been led by first baseman Jose Martinez and outfielder Marcell Ozuna. Martinez is slashing .303/.362/.456 with 16 home runs, 79 RBIs and 53 runs scored, and Ozuna’s line is .278/.321/.434 with 21 homers, 75 RBIs and 59 runs.
