Sacramento Kings sign veteran of 10 years

Press sources claim that the Sacramento Kings and NBA veteran Kent Bazemore have reached an agreement on a one-year contract. In an effort to break their current 16-year postseason drought, the Sacramento Kings have been making moves left and right this summer. On Sunday, they signed yet another senior player with experience to their squad in an effort to make their dreams come true in the 2022–23 season. None of the parties, though, gave this a formal confirmation.

 

After being traded from the Portland Trail Blazers to the Sacramento Kings, Bazemore, 33, played for the Kings in the 2019–20 season. The seasoned wing previously played for the Los Angeles Lakers in 2021–2022, as well as the Atlanta Hawks, Golden State Warriors, and Golden State Warriors. Bazemore played for the Lakers in 39 games last season, averaging 3.4 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 32.4 percent shooting in around 14.0 minutes per contest. He has averaged 8.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 35.6 percent from three-point range over the course of his career.
