It’s another week of Survivor potential blindsides, alliances and immunity idols. Welcome to Day 15.

Naviti has been on a winning streak and Malolo is on a losing streak, but it doesn’t matter because it’s ‘drop your buff’ time! It’s time to switch it up. From a game point of view, this could be a critical shift in power and gameplay.

Everybody reveals their buffs and there’s now a third tribe! The good news for Domenick, who was at odds with Chris, is that he’s on the new Naviti tribe while Chris is on the new tribe. There are also three original Naviti and two original Malolo on all three new tribes. Interesting. Jeff asks Donathan if it’s good or bad for him and he says he has no idea because he has to get familiar with the new tribe members.

The tribes are now:

Malolo: Now made up of Michael, James, Kellyn, Desiree, Angela. Michael talks about how Angela got stabbed in the back by her own tribe and that he’s not on the bottom of this particular tribe either. James and Michael go for a walk, leaving the girls to talk back at the camp. James talks to the camera about how Michael wrote James’ name down, but that was awhile back and they will need to work together if they want to survive.

Naviti: The new Naviti tribe is made up of Donathan, Domenick, Bradley, Chelsea and Libby. Chelsea breaks down over having just a cup of coffee because she hasn’t eaten much and has been losing. He feels like he has control because of the three original Naviti, but he knows that can change on a dime. Domenick calls Libby the devil in an angel’s body.

Yanuya: Sebastian, Chris, Jenna, Wendell and Laurel. Wendell doesn’t mind being around Chris because he was tired of the Domenick and Chris battle, although he seemed to be bonding with Domenick a little better. Laurel is putting up with Chris to try and “fit in” and see where it goes. Chris admits to Laurel that he’s a model and says that he hasn’t told anyone because there’s a misconception that models are self-absorbed (ha!) and dumb! He then says it won’t be “beneficiary to me” to tell anyone. Um, do you mean “beneficial?”

Laurel laughs to the camera that she doesn’t really care what he does and the tribe is getting a little annoyed with him. He warns Bradley about Libby and the two guys feel connected. Bradley “Maybe I’m as fantastic as I think.” Oh wow, put him and Chris together for biggest egos.

Come on in guys! It’s immunity challenge time!

Jeff unveils a new immunity idol for two tribes fighting for immunity and being safe for the vote. It’s time for the blindfolded challenge where the survivors must depend on the verbal commands of their leader.  The screaming in this challenge gives me a headache. Ow! Chelsea walks right into a post.

Yanuya is the first to finish their puzzle and win immunity!

Naviti wins immunity and sends Malolo back to tribal council for the third straight time.

Well, Michael, you’re heading back to tribal again.

Back at Malolo, Desiree is crying and apologies to the tribe.

The consensus is to vote out James right now, but Desiree says that she’s upset that this isn’t her moment and she’s really upset about it.

It’s time to vote and, of course, James votes for Desiree and Desiree votes for James, but what else happens.

Sixth person voted out of Survivor: Ghost Island is James.

Can you say ‘blindside?” Well to nobody but James.
