UFC Fight Night 91 Undercard Odds For July 13

UFC Fight Night 91 Undercard Odds

UFC Fight Night 91 Undercard Odds – The UFC is in South Dakota this Wednesday, July 13th, with a 12-fight card that sees the majority of the matches air on the UFC Fight Pass. All the fights on the undercard have reasonably competitive lines, with none reaching -1000 or anywhere near that. This has been a new trend for the UFC, and this card continues that, with only Tony Ferguson a high -750 favorite on the main card. It should be noted that Ferguson is fighting a late replacement.

At heavyweight, the experienced Oleksiy Oliynyk (50-9-1) takes on Daniel Omielanczuk (18-5). This one invokes an old time regional rivalry as Oliynyk is from Russia and Omielanczuk is from Poland. Oliynyk is on an 11-fight winning streak and he has gone 2-0 in the UFC thus far. Omielanczuk is 3-2 in the UFC and needs a win to avoid falling to .500.

At Flyweight, 10-1 Louis Smolka (10-1) takes on Ben Nguyen (14-5). Smolka owns a three-fight UFC winning streak, and at 5’9″ he is one of the tallest flyweights you will ever see. Nguyen is on an eight-fight winning streak that has seen him go 2-0 with two early stoppage wins in the UFC. With the Flyweight division dominated by champion Demetrius Johnson, both men are looking to make an impression and move up the ladder.

At welterweight, Kyle Noke takes on Keita Nakamura in a fight between veterans who are looking for a win after losing their last outing. Nakamura (31-7-2) is 1-1 in this recent UFC run and he lost to Tom Brees in his last outing. He went 0-2 in two UFC fights back in 2006-2007. Noke has been around since season 11 of “The Ultimate Fighter” reality series and he is 6-4 overall in the UFC.

The first of two women’s fights on the undercard sees Lauren Murphy face Katlyn Chookagian in what is sure to be a hotly contested bout at Bantamweight. Murphy is a UFC veteran who has had some memorable matches already. After losses to stand outs Liz Carmouche and Sara McMann, Murphy won her last outing against Kelly Faszholz. Chookagian is a perfect 7-0 but she is making her UFC debut.

At 115 lbs, Cristina Stanciu of Romania returns to take on Cortney Casey of Arizona. Stanciu is 0-1 in the UFC and Casey is 0-2 so both women are in need of a win in this one. Sometimes these are the fights that have “fight of the night” written all over them!
