Manchester City have joined the chase for Lille and Morocco midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, with contact already made over the 18-year-old, according to Matteo Moretto. Arsenal, Liverpool and Real Madrid have also been linked with a move that looks set to progress after the World Cup, Moretto reported.
City have been active in the market this summer, reaching an agreement to sign Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest for a reported fixed fee of £116 million, ESPN sources say. The same sources add the fee is lower than the previous British transfer record and contains no add-ons.
